- 物流与出口管理：主导国际运输及报关流程，确保符合进出口法规，保障及时交付。
- 库存管理：监控并管理工厂、仓库及客户端库存，确保库存水平合理，避免断货或积压。
- 供应商与CMO协调：作为CMO的主要联系人，确保准确的生产计划、准时交付及产品质量达标。
- 需求预测与生产计划：与销售、生产及市场团队合作，预测需求，制定生产计划，满足本地与出口市场的供需。
- 供应链优化：持续评估并优化供应链流程，提升效率、降低成本、加快交付。
- 质量控制协作：与质量团队紧密配合，确保产品从CMO到终端交付全过程中满足安全与质量标准。
- 原材料采购：协助原材料及包装材料的采购，确保供应商可靠、价格合理、交付及时。
任职要求：
- 5年以上供应链管理经验，优先考虑具备宠物食品、宠物护理或食品行业工厂背景者；
- 有与CMO协同工作的经验，确保准时交付及质量合规；
- 有效的库存控制、需求预测及供应链优化能力；
- 熟悉进出口物流、报关及国际运输流程；
- 具备良好的沟通、谈判和问题解决能力；
- 熟悉ERP系统、库存管理工具和物流软件；
- 有从零搭建完整供应链体系的实战经验；
- 有外企或国际化环境经验者优先；
- 英文沟通能力良好，为必备项；

Role Overview:
The Pet Food & Pet Care Supply Manager will be responsible for managing the complete supply chain process for pet food and pet care products, overseeing everything from sourcing and production to export and local distribution. Based in Suzhou, you will manage relationships with our Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) and coordinate logistics to Southeast Asia and other international markets, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery and product quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain for both pet care products (manufactured by Virbac in Suzhou from sourcing of ingredients to delivering the finished products) and pet food (manufactured by our CMO: ensuring the purchasing of packaging and the supply from our CMO to our local warehouse, and local and international clients)
- Logistics and Export: Manage logistics and customs requirements for international shipments, particularly for export to China, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels at the factory, warehouse, and client locations to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Vendor & CMO Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with the CMO to ensure accurate production planning, on-time deliveries, and high-quality standards for both pet food and pet care products.
- Demand Forecasting & Planning: Work with Sales, Production, and Marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly, ensuring the right quantity of products are available for both local and export markets.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the supply chain process, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and speed of delivery.
- Quality Control Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality team to ensure that all products meet safety and quality standards throughout the supply chain, from the CMO to final delivery.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Assist in the sourcing of raw materials and packaging components for production, ensuring that these are sourced from reliable vendors and delivered on time, in a cost-effective manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 + years of experience in supply chain management, ideally within the pet food, pet care, or food industry (with a factory background)
- Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to coordinate production and ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
- Proven ability to manage inventory control, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization
- Experience with import/export logistics, customs processes, and international shipping procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for managing relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Ability to work with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and logistics software
- Proven records of setting up a whole supply chain
- Ideally a previous experience for an international company or international environment
- Strong communication skills to work across functions and ensure alignment with all stakeholders
