QUALIFICATIONS:资历
Education教育背景:
- Bachelor degrees or above, related to quality management for mechanical specialty related.
大学本科及以上学历，质量管理、机械制造类相关专业优先。
Experience经验:
- Minimum 10 years of quality management working experience in automotive field, including above 5 years quality manager experience.
10年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验，包括 5年以上质量经理经验。
Skill技能:
- Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, etc.
熟悉掌握ISO/TS核心工具，如SPC, 控制计划, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP等。
- Master Nonconformity control and deal with customer complaints.
精通不合格品管理和客户抱怨处理。
- ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits.

- Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation.

- Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer and all levels.
