PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Manages programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers.
2. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
3. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters.
4. Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
5. Overall product/program/project management responsibility.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with relevant project management certificates (such as PMP) are preferred.
2. Possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, good communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
