工作职责: 1.根据市场部下达的需求,管理客户订单及备料需求,评估订单交付期 Manage customer orders and material preparation requirements based on directives from the Marketing Department, assessing order delivery timelines.
2.根据市场部订单及备料需求,安全库存,战略备货等,计算物料缺料,并及时下达物料请购单 Calculate material shortages and promptly issue purchase requisitions by analyzing Marketing Department orders, material preparation needs, safety stock, and strategic stockpiling.
3.根据排产计划,梳理物料缺料表,跟进采购物料交付,直至满足生产排产与市场交付需求 Organize material shortage lists according to production scheduling plans, track procurement material deliveries until meeting both production schedules and market delivery requirements.
4.根据客户需求,物料库存情况,生产的产能等情况,安排生产日,周,月计划,同时跟进生产实际生产进度与入库情况,确保生产计划得到100%执行 Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans by considering customer demands, material inventory status, and production capacity. Monitor actual production progress and warehousing status to ensure 100% execution of production plans.
5.管理物料的库存,及时推动处理呆滞库存及长库龄物料,提高库存周转率 Manage material inventory, proactively address obsolete inventory and long-aging materials to improve inventory turnover rate.
6.及时上报并处理生产,物料供应,市场变化等过程中的异常 Promptly report and address abnormalities in production processes, material supply, and market fluctuations. 任职资格: 1.有3年相关的生产计划,物料计划工作经验 3 years of experience in production planning and material planning roles.
2..理解MRP逻辑,有相关ERP,SAP的操作经验 Proficient in MRP logic with hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
3.较强的 EXCEL表格处理能力 Strong Excel spreadsheet skills for data processing and analysis.
4.能用英语进行书写与口头交流 Capable of written and verbal communication in English.
5.较强的沟通能力,组织能力,团队合作能力 Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
