Responsibilities: 61 Development Support: Assist in developing software functions for object recognition, ground detection, and SLAM-based navigation to process and interpret camera or LiDAR raw data 61 Planning and Synchronization: Coordinate software development activities with the robotics platform software teams in an agile environment (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe) 61 Integration and Commissioning: Integrate and commission software modules into the existing architecture, collaborating closely with other development departments and system integration 61 Ensuring Software Maturity: Develop unit, integration, and functional tests. Perform debugging and performance tuning on the robot or simulation, optimizing software design for robustness, real-time behavior, and update capability Requirements: 61 Educational Background: Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields Experience: 61 Experience in the development and tuning of AI functions/neural networks and VSLAM algorithms (e.g., ORB-SLAM 3 or OpenVINS) 61 Experience in resource-efficient implementation of AI functions and VSLAM algorithms on embedded hardware 61 Experience with modular software architectures and knowledge of system architecture and component communication in the robotics context 61 Experience in developing complex products in a cross-location and cross-company development network Technical Skills: 61 Proficiency in C++ 61 Knowledge of ORB-SLAM 3 or OpenVINS and common AI frameworks 61 Experience in optics and image processing 61 Proficiency in modern software development frameworks and agile development methods 61 Knowledge of Linux operating systems is advantageous 61 Collaboration Skills: Experience working with European (especially German) companies and coordinating complex development projects Personal Attributes: 61 Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented work style 61 Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities 61 Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English; basic knowledge of German is desirable 61 Team player with strong persuasion and assertiveness skills
