Main Responsibilities:

80Determine, develop and maintain all quality standards of the production for electrical switchboards, control desks and other equipment made by the company.

80Check craftsmanship during production stage, including use of the right tools.

80Plan and execute inspections of all goods made by the company.

80Plan and execute inspections of goods from subcontractors which require an inspection and/or FAT at their facility.
在有需要的情况下，对第三方或外包的产品有计划的进行设备的检查或验收
- Visual inspection 外观检查
- Functional inspection (Able to request help from the engineering department) 功能检查（可以向工程部寻求帮助）
80Make and fill-in the quality/inspection reports.

80Apply for FAT (Factory acceptance test) online and communication with surveyor

80Follow-up on all punch lists

80Provide “As Built” information to engineering department.

80Keep all records updated on the company server.

80Responsible for all testing equipment (incl. timely calibration, maintenance and storage).

80Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures.

Requirements:

80At least 3 years’ experience for marine electrical equipment quality inspection.

80Good experience with electrical switchboard Factory acceptance test.
具有良好电气配电柜工厂验收经验
80Familiar with classifications society specifications and good communication.
