Key Responsibilities/Objectives: 1. Team management include responsible area’s EHS/Quality/operation. 负责管理区域管理,包括安全,品质和运营; 2. Organize Tier2 meeting to review operation KPI, drive performance improvement. 主导每天二阶会议召开,确认管理区域的绩效,推动改善; 3. According to the production schedule to complete, insure the delivery. 根据生产计划,完成产量,确保出货目标; 4. Review and familiar with production performance, Cooperation with engineering/quality members to improve product quality. 管理生产的绩效,协调工程/品质部门人员改善产品品质; 5. Production standardization improvement, including handling, changeover, shift handover, discipline management. 生产流程标准化改善,如换型,交接班等; 6. Production staff performance appraisal. 管理区域人员绩效评估; 7. Production raw material, indirect material, finish goods, semi-finish goods quantity control, and Insure cycle count accurate. 管理区域原材料,耗材,成品,半成品管控,确保盘点的正确性; 8. Production staff skill training; team build and staff development人员技能培训,团队建设和人员激励成长; 9. Lead the production team kaizen improvement with TEOA tools. 带领团队利用TEOA工具来改善; 10. Follow up TE EHS policy. 工作中按照公司安全要求进行管理和运作; 11. Familiar with IATF 16949 system. 熟悉IATF16949品质管控流程; 12. Other work assigned by Leader. 其它管理层指派的任务。
