Tasks/职责: -Pre-check sales and service contracts before signing by HoS/GM: 检查合同的金额、适用折扣、买方背景、条款条件等 -Track customer payments and notify shipments promptly, monitor shipment status 跟踪客户付款情况并及时安排发货,跟进物流状态 -Assist sales managers in daily operations: 协助销售经理处理日常工作: -Organize and coordinate customer visits and business trips 组织和协调客户拜访及商务差旅 -Prepare meeting materials, arrange sales meetings, track team targets, create presentations 准备会议资料、安排销售会议、跟进团队目标、制作演示文稿 -Support sales/OI data preparation and monthly maintenance project verification 协助整理销售/OI数据,核对每月检修项目数据 -Draft sales documents, faxes, and correspondence 起草销售文件、传真及其他信函 -Conduct biannual Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Requirements/要求: -No major restrictions, preferably with internship experience in sales or industrial products industry -专业不限,有销售、工业品行业实习经验为佳 -Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing 英语听说读写流利 -Proficient in using Excel, PPT, etc., with basic data operation experience, such as using various functions and Pivot table. 熟练使用Excel、PPT等,有基础的数据操作经验,如各种函数、数据透视表等 -Excellent team communication and collaboration skills 良好的团队沟通和协作
