- Provide high-quality、efficient、economic、reliable、safe production equipment by professional maintenance and repair work under the policies and requirements of TE.
Responsibilities 工作职责 :
- - Technical support for equipment with responsibility for ensuring equipment uptime, process yield and all Health and Safety aspects of the process. - - Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of TPM system including procedure、standard、plan etc. - - Responsible for troubleshooting, standardizing and improving existing production methods and procedures. - - Assist in implementing technical improvements under the teams Continuous Improvement program - - Responsibility for any assigned equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance procedures. such as PM ,AM etc. - - Assist ME engineering in investigating and implementing new production methods and root cause analysis. - - Researching solutions to existing process problems. - Recommend equipment and process improvements and develop User Requirement Specifications for new project. - Work as part of the NPI support team to setup new products and manage jobs through the production floor. - Work as part of the NPI support team to drive process improvements.
Requirement: 任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical Integration Specialty - Above 8 years’ experience in automated production equipment management - Above5 years’ experience in maintenance engineer position, preferably in non-standard automated equipment in auto industry. - 3d CAD is a plus - Six Sigma & Shainin is a plus.
