1． Development and implement VF production process (PFMEA, Process flow chart, Work instruction, etc.) in order to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications.
2． Explore/design/install all manufacturing process equipment/JIG/Fixture/Tooling / Layout.
3． Provide operation training to production trainer.
4． Work on continuous improvement through failure cost reduction, productivity increase, process optimization and standardization of task
5． Monitor, evaluate, analyze the key indicators of product and process quality (e.g. Reject, External PPM, Customer Complaint, FTNT, etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality control.
6． Conduct lean production activity and eliminating 7 wastes.
7． Lead customer audit and coordinator with engineering for new projects
8． Work with worldwide Mubea colleague and project team on process improvement and line optimized.
9． Support department project investment and new project task.
10． To deal with problem solving of external and internal complaint and make long-term solution for prevention.
11． Additional tasks by manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering Machinery or Mechanical Design
2. Experience in machinery process ,preferably in the automotive or similar industry
3. Good at English
