1. Maintain SOP production line smooth running; Problem solving for production
2. ECR/ECN handling and implementation
3. Work with Production and Quality team in manufacturing process, trouble shooting and optimization.
4. New product introduce from sample build to SOP
5. Process document preparation and release; Control plan, PFMEA, PFC, WI, etc.
6. Jig/fixture/ tooling development and preparation for new product
7. Evaluate existing processes ;cycle times; H/C Routing, VT/TEB, and standardized work to continuously improve.


Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical
2. 6-7 years experience in a electronics industry, preferably automotive
3. More than 3 years of experience in process team management
4. Fluent in English and can be used as a normal communication language for work
5. Be familiar with PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, control plan key production control documents.
