General Summary
1, Take the lead of yield improvement & productivity improvement of IM forming process, like, Feedstock creation, Ceramic injection molding, debinding, sintering and HIP process.
2, Lead related process 6 Sigma projects

Job Responsibilities
1, Drive forming Process yield improvement and 1st pass yield.
2, Drive forming Process Capability Improvement
3, Drive forming Process FEMA, CTP and CTQ control
4, Drive In process quality control and continue improvement
5, NPI support
6, Lead & participate in 6 Sigma projects
7, Lead & participant in automation projects

Qualifications
1，Bachelor and above in material or mechanical
2, PE related experience >=5 years; Must have experience of ceramic injection molding or sintering process
3, Process control and statistics knowledge
4, 6 sigma BB is plus, ISO9000
5, Analytical and numerical skills.
6, Result oriented
7, Good oral and written communication skills.
8, Good English skills
