1、负责新产品研发设计及2D/3D图纸制作与更新Conduct new product R&D design and create/update 2D/3D drawings2、跟踪市场技术趋势，制定产品技术路线图Monitor market trends and define product technology roadmap3、主导客户技术交流及可制造性设计(DFM)评审Lead customer technical communication and DFM reviews4、制定产品可靠性验证方案及测试计划Develop product reliability verification plans5、管理内外部工程变更及材料验证选型Manage internal/external process changes and material selection6、提供新产品转量产技术支持Provide technical support for new product mass production7、负责产品技术文档管理(图纸/规格书等)Maintain product technical documentation (drawings/specs, etc.)任职资格:1、本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业Bachelor's degree or above in STEM-related fields 2、3年以上光纤连接器件行业研发或设计经验3+ years R&D/design experience in fiber optic connector industry3、具备严谨的工作态度、高度责任心及持续学习能力Rigorous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and continuous learning ability4、精通2D/3D工程图纸设计，精通主流工程设计软件Proficient in 2D/3D engineering drawing design and expert in mainstream engineering design software5、英语流利（CET-6或同等以上），能进行专业技术交流Fluent English (CET-6 or equivalent) for professional technical communication6、能接受国内短期出差（≤30%工作时间）Willing to travel domestically (≤30% work time)
