1.At least 3-5 years of working experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or mechanical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Job Description/职位描述:
1.Responsible for the maintenance and repair of AVI (IEF/STI) equipment, including unit AVI (IEF), strip AVI, and tray-to-tray AVI (STI) machines.
负责AVI（IEF/STI）设备的维护与维修，包括unit AVI (IEF)、strip AVI及tray-to-tray AVI (STI)设备。
2.Independently assess equipment performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
独立评估设备性能，发现问题并实施解决方案。
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially Engineering) to drive equipment upgrades and modifications.
协同跨部门团队（尤其是工程部）推进设备升级与改造。
4.Support the team in handling plating process-related tasks and other ad-hoc maintenance activities.
协助团队处理电镀制程相关设备任务及其他维护工作。
5.Conduct root cause analysis for abnormalities, track product lot quality, and implement improvements.
进行异常根因分析，跟踪产品批次质量并推动改进。
6.Update SOPs/SPECs, collect and analyze data reports, and provide technical training to technicians.

7.Prepare and submit ENG reports, 8D reports, and other necessary documentation.
