Job Summary:

The Industrial Engineering Engineer supports the HQ IE team in gathering, analyzing, and standardizing data and methods across the company's five manufacturing plants. This role focuses on process improvement, documentation, and supporting the implementation of lean practices, working closely with the IE Manager.

Tasks and Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Assist with cross-plant data collection and analysis related to productivity, layout, and time studies.
2. Support development and maintenance of standardized IE tools, templates, and documentation.
3. Participate in improvement workshops, root cause analysis, and problem-solving sessions.
4. Help monitor and report performance metrics and progress on improvement initiatives.
5. Contribute to layout planning, process simulations, and ergonomics analysis.
6. Work closely with IE teams at plants to gather feedback and ensure consistency in implementation.
7. Support implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions through documentation and data preparation.

Requirements 任职资格:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
3. Familiarity with Lean principles, time studies, and production layouts.
4. Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of AutoCAD or simulation tools is a plus.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Chinese native and basic English communication skills.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally to plant locations.
