Responsibilities:
1. Manage new projects including product and process development.
2. Responsible for scheduling and monitoring the whole progress to achieve the KPIs, including time, quality and cost.
3. Arrange regular project meetings internally and with customer side.
4. Assure the preparation for customer visit and audit in development.
5. Escalation of risks and open issues.
6. Coordination and managing of project members.
7. Maintenance the relationship with customers.
8. Prepare for the gate review reports with management team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Science and Engineering.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. 2 years’ working experience in Automotive industry.
4. Strong leadership, good sense in managing (5S, PDCA…).
5. Good skills in office software.
6. Basic knowledge in FMEA.
