Sr. QMS Engineer

Summary Description:

Responsible for Quality Management System ISO9001, Hazardous Substance Process Management System QC080000 and Automotive Quality Management System IATF16949 development, maintenance & continuous improvement.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Establish, maintain and optimize the documented procedures to ensure the effective implementation of quality management and material compliance system.
2) Organize and coordinate internal system audit, process compliance audit & product audit. Summarize and report audit results and follow up actions with close loop.
3) Coordinate external audit from customers and 3rd party.
4) Follow up and evaluate the corrective actions closure and effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement from prevention, early detection and operation execution.
5) Facilitate and support in the utilization of quality systems and improve internal audit team skills and capability.
6) Manage and maintain clean room environmental and ESD control system.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:

1) Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science related.
2) At least 5 years working experience in Quality Management and HSPM System. Experience of IATF16949 and automotive working experience is preferred.
3) Certified internal auditor of ISO9001, QC080000 & IATF16949.
4) Familiar with quality control tools, such as CP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.
5) Knowledge of clean room environmental and ESD control.
6) Experienced in high volume semiconductor manufacturer are preferred.
7) Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
8) Fluent English in both written and oral.
