1.Scheduling and following up the production planning according to customer's and internal order, with consideration of whole inventory balance.
2.Provide data of production/labour time for the product cost calculation to related departments with knowledge of internal logistics, including both finished goods and raw material, provide short term and long term production plan.
3.Work out master plan for at least following 8weeks.
4.Work out production schedule for 2 weeks in shift base.
5.Consider leveling, TPM and material shortage factors,Update latest plan into SAP.
6.Monitor actual status for production and early warm for abnormal case which will impact OTD to customers.
7.Work out and maintain safety stock target SFG.
8.Timely achieve slow moving and block parts.
