Purpose：
84 This position is responsible for all technical/product activities before/after sales, including product family management, product development, innovation, cost design & optimization and so on.
84 Lead & develop customer technical/product needs, support business development.
84 Cooperate with other functions, including front sales, operation, quality and other relevant functions to solve technical issues or customer requirements

Areas of responsibility ：
84 Product strategy & portfolio management in align with China market/customer dynamic needs.
84 Driving Product cost/Material cost reduction with market benchmark & complexity balance.
84 Cable design & Routine BOM creation.
84 Lead new product/raw material development, Drive new product design and promotion.
84 Support business development, maintain current key customers and new customer development from technical point of view.
84 To create/maintain technical agreement、product specification.
84 To support tendering team for project bidding/quotation
84 To support operation team for daily technical topics
84 Conduct Technical training for sales, industry, and customer.
84 Other special task from arrangement
84 Deep product/technical engagement with external customer & internal operation

Required skills and qualifications
84 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in material (polymer or metal) 、electrical engineering
84 At least 3 years in cable industrial technical background, better to have R&D、product application experience.
84 Better to know the cable application knowledge on industry field, such as: automation、rolling stock、shipbuilding/offshore、wind、mining、nuclear, etc…
84 Familiar with domestic/international/industrial standard, such as: GB、IEC、UL、VDE…
84 Open & Positive
84 Good skill on office software
84 Good skill at both spoken & written English.
