Key Responsibilities (six-month project) · End user onsite IT support for Office and Factory users. Resolve or assist in resolving Incidents and problems associated with EUC Equipment and EUC Software, and provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to End Users. · Cooperate with other function teams to drive incident resolution. · Provide IT support for onsite/offsite meeting and events. Support the usage of meeting room devices and resolve the Technical issues for End Users. · Support Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACs) requirements for IT Hardware & Software · Perform regular health check for office IT environment · Perform IT Trainings for end users (including regular user training and new system/project go live) · Provide high priority IT service for VIP Users, Administrative assistants and coordinating related activities. Perform training and instruction on all Equipment and Software as requested by VIP End Users. · Support project work according to the customer requirement · Maintaining good customer satisfaction · Ensure all incidents and requests are properly documented in the IT service management system. · Create and maintain Knowledge Documents
Essential Skills: · Minimum 3 years of experience in provding Deskside IT support for office users · Excellent Analytical & Coordination skills are essential. · Excellent understanding of MS Windows OS and Mac OS. Proficient in installation, configuration, optimization and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac OS. · Strong knowledge of MS Office Suites support, including but not limited to installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.· Familiar with the compatibility issues and solutions of common business application/software to ensure that users can use various office tools normally. · Able to suppport the maintenance and troubleshooting for various computer hardware, such as motherboard, CPU, memory, hard disk, graphics card, etc.· Familar with installation, debugging and maintenance of printers, scanners, projectors and other office equipment. · Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Self-motivated enough to provide consistent customer support with minimal supervision · Effective communication in Mandarin is mandatory. · Good English reading and writing skill
