Personal Work Space (PWS) is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices and apps that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. Our PWS business is a key pillar of Logitech’s future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences. You will be in the rapidly growing PWS team in China for China (C4C), and play an EE expert and system engineer role in exploring hardware techno, delivering the new techno bricks and driving C4C EE technical roadmap creation and implementation. This will include engineering evaluation and assessment of new conceptions and technos, execution on new products design and development. You will be in close partnership with our marketing, innovation, design, architects, extended engineering organization, program management to bring those new techno to products. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. - Explore the hardware technical and engineering evaluation and assessment of new conception - Identify and evaluate new technologies, develop techno roadmap that could be used to improve products - Understand the potential demand for new technologies in China - Work with Business Groups to gather requirements - Develop techno bricks for new products - Provide right level documentation with strongly synthesize and propose capability - Collaborate with Chinese partners and suppliers to develop and commercialize new technologies - Apply system engineering skills and partner with a cross functional team, especially ESW(Embedded Software), connectivity and ME (Mechanical Engineering). - Engage with colleagues in a multi-site & multicultural environment (Switzerland, ***)
Key Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: - EE expert: Electrical engineering with EE design experience 8 years or above - System engineering skills: System level thinking for design and problem solving - Curious and explore new technology. - Capability to synthesize and propose. - Fluent in English both written and spoken
Education Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
