Job responsibility 工作职责 Procurement 采购 61 Execute purchasing procedure for material、service and capex. 负责物料、服务以及固资采购； 61 Understand the user demand deeply via communication with the end user if needed, and source the best at the best price； 通过与最终用户沟通，深入了解并理解用户需求，最优性价比寻源； 61 Lead the contract negotiation, place the order and confirm the ETA meet the end user’s request. 主导商务沟通，下单并保障交期满足用户需求。 61 Assist with QA on GMP Vendors auditing，MRB review and make sure all GMP materials and Services are purchased from qualified vendors. 配合QA 收集GMP 物料/服务供应商的资质信息，MRB 复审，确保所采购的GMP 物料是从QA 认证的GMP 供应商处采购； 61 Drive daily compliance, contract and risk management, including supplier selection, contracts checking, tracking the order and feedback progress every week and coordinating the right delivery to meet users’ actual request. 推动日常合规,合同及风险管理,包括供应商评估选择,合同检查以及每周订单跟进，保障用户需求按时交付； 61 Cooperate with warehouse to finish receipt 配合仓库完成收货 61 Cooperate with Finance to Fulfill payments issue 配合财务安排好付款相关事宜 61 Long-term agreement negotiation for frequent/strategy purchasing categories or others needed based on market analysis and annual overall forecast and get it signed. 基于市场分析和年度整体预估就频繁采购/战略采购品类等做长协谈判并完成签署 61 Handle supplier quality complaints issues. 质量异常处理； 61 Other tasks assigned by the leader. 领导安排的其他工作。
