1. Support chemical engineer on new rubber recipes development, rubber test and test data analysis
支持材料工程师进行配方开发、胶料测试及数据分析
2. Support communicate with supplier and coordinate new project rubber production and delivery
支持与供应商沟通协调新项目胶料的生产及交付
3. Support project team, industrial team and quality team on normal rubber issues analysis
支持项目工业化和质量部门处理常规橡胶不良问题
4. Support lab on rubber test following customer requirements and make the reports
支持实验室按客户要求完成胶料测试并制作测试报告
5. Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in rubber material engineering
本科及以上学历, 材料工程专业
2. More than 1 years of automotive rubber experience, experience on rubber recipes and mixing process, experience on rubber testing methods, standards and evaluation of test data, ability to identify faulty results
1年以上汽车行业橡胶经验, 橡胶配方和混炼工艺的经验, 橡胶测试方法，标准和测试数据的评估的经验，具备识别错误结果的能力
3. Good in English, skill to use office
英语流利, 办公软件使用熟练
