Job Description: As a leading CRDMO service company, WuXi Biologics is developing the business globally. There are hundreds of employees who are assigned to work in the new site to support business development. HR Global Expatriate Management Team is to assist those global assignees, so they can work and live in the new location smoothly with various supports and benefits. The Tax Manager is the main focal point for tax and payroll related subjects. This role will interact with global assignees, payroll team and tax service providers very closely. The main job responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Perform the detailed calculation for hypo tax, China annual tax filing and reconciliation settlement calculation; 2. Coordinate and partner with the vendor for overseas annual tax filing process and associated follow-up actions; 3. Support team budget and vendor billings; 4. Perform internal cost projection calculation from time to time and communicate with relevant stakeholders for the calculation; 5. Work with home and host payroll team to ensure the assignees’ payroll process is smooth and accurate, and communicate with assignees on needed basis; 6. Improve the tax and payroll process and strive for process excellence where possible; 7. Partner with cross functions and lead or participate in projects as assigned; 8. Carry out the other tasks and duties assigned by the line manager. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree; Fluent English and mandarin in spoken and written; 2. 3~5 years of professional experience in payroll, benefits and tax management; 3. Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, labor laws and employee benefits programs are preferred; 4. Strong data management and excel skills; 5. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills; 6. Demonstrated problem solving skill; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; 7. Attention to details and customer oriented;
