岗位职责:
1.Take responsibility for the tax compliance including tax filing and payment of VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Stamp Duty, Property Tax, Withholding Tax, and processing export VAT refund application.
负责公司税务申报工作，包括增值税、企业所得税、印花税、房产税、代扣代缴所得税等税种的申报、缴纳以及出口退税的申请；
2.Conduct annual Corporate Income Tax Return and provide support from tax side for tax/financial audit.
年度企业所得税汇算清缴、税务审计及财务审计的税务数据支持；
3.Collect R&D expenditure and prepare the R&D super deduction audit report.
按照要求归集研发费用，并且准备研发费用加计扣除审计报告。
4.Maintain HNTE certification and ensure ongoing compliance.
高新技术资质维护；
5.Prepare and submit key tax source reports and external regulatory filing.
重点税源及各种外部税务报告的申报；
6.Manage IC contracts and prepare Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation.
关联交易合同管理及转让定价（TP）文档准备 ；
7.Maintain comprehensive tax ledgers and archives with full traceability and audit readiness.
维护完整税务台账及档案，确保可追溯性；
8.Optimize tax management processes and implement automation solutions.
优化税务工作流程，提升自动化水平；
9.Identify tax risks, perform scenario analysis, and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
分析税务风险并提供解决方案；
10.Liaise with tax authorities to handle audits, disputes, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout resolution process.
对接税务机关，处理税务稽查、审计及争议事项，确保公司合规经营；
11.Monitor domestic and international tax policy updates, assess business impacts, and develop proactive adaptation plan.
监控税收政策变化（国内及国际），分析影响并提出应对策略；
12.Maintain expertise in foreign exchange control regulations and ensure cross-border transaction compliance.
熟悉外汇管理政策；
13.Other tasks assigned by Head of Accounting, AP-N.
亚太北区会计总监安排的其他工作。


任职要求:
1.Major in Finance & Accounting, Bachelor or above
财务或者会计专业，本科以上学历 。
2.At least 5 years of related working experience from WFOE or JV. Especially with the taxation experiences in foreign companies.
至少5年以上外企或者合资企业相关工作经验，尤其是外企税务管理经验。
3.Strong communications skills and problem solving ability.
优秀的沟通和问题解决能力。
4.Intergreted and accountability
诚实有信用。
5. As working language, fluent English are mandatory.
作为工作语言，流利的英语是必须条件。
6. SAP experiences is preferred. As the main tool in Accounting ,familiar with it can be helpful to work.
SAP是会计工作所要使用的主要工具，熟悉它更利于工作的开展。
