Job Responsibilities:
1.Participate in Gemba walks with focus on 5S+1 (HSE)
参加以 5S+1 (HSE) 为重点的 Gemba Walk
2.Receiving internal and external visitors, supporting local logistics like hotel/ticket /car booking, keeping the office in high quality and attractive (Admin);
接待内部和外部访客,支持当地物流,如酒店/票务/汽车预订,保持办公室的高质量和吸引力
3.Monitor renovation/ refit work in good quality and within given time frame and budget (Admin.);
在给定的时间框架和预算内监控高质量的装修/改装工作
4.Establish and implement training program for individual colleagues and the team to enhance knowledge, ability and skill sets, including internal & external with job related or self-development training in remote office (HR);
建立并实施个人同事和团队的培训计划,以提升知识、能力和技能集,包括内部和外部的远程办公室工作相关或自我发展培训
5.Organizing and supporting company events, incl. company trip, internal/ external audits and other activities in remote office (Overhead);
组织和支持公司活动,包括公司旅行、内部/外部审计和远程办公室的其他活动
6.Supervise vendor’s service quality and conduct evaluation on regular basis. Ensure the supply of goods and services to remote office, maintain the stock of goods and keep correct record (Procurement);

7.Maintain healthy and good relationship with admin job related third parties such as authorities, associations, landlord, building management, etc. (Admin);

8.Conduct fixed assets management, handle the tax submission in comply with tax regulations in remote office city (F & C).

9.Coordinate any IT related issue (IT).

Jointly Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Attend/organize/support remote office workshops, trade shows and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in/around office area, as well as TRG service promotion locally from other entity/BS/BFs;
参加/组织/支持远程办公室研讨会、贸易展览和研讨会,以了解办公区域内/周边的最新变化,以及来自其他实体/BS/BF 的本地 TRG 服务推广
2.Support cross line sales and cross line engineering communication and partnership within remote office;
支持远程办公室内的跨线路销售和跨线路工程沟通和合作伙伴关系
3.Prepare quotation and create order as deputy to BFs in remote office;
作为远程办公室 BF 的副手准备报价并创建订单
4.To support sales to follow up new leads/opp. esp. those call-in business, and systematically help sellers to trace lost clients timely;
支持销售人员跟进新的潜在客户/机会,尤其是那些电话业务,并系统地帮助卖家及时追踪流失的客户
5.Client’s maintenance and ER database update quarterly.
每季度更新客户维护和 ER 数据库
7.Manage company documentation/ contracts properly

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
相关学科的学士学位
2.At least 3 years relevant working experience in the MNC
至少 3 年跨国公司相关工作经验
2. Good English and computer skills
良好的英语和计算机技能
3. Strong communication skill, familiar with different culture
较强的沟通能力,熟悉不同的文化
4. Strong teamwork spirit, open minded, customer orientated
