Key Accountabilities : 1、Develop and Implement EHS Programs: Formulate and execute comprehensive EHS plans aligned with legal requirements. Monitor compliance with local and international regulations and maintain documentation for audits; Oversee compliance permits, annual reporting. 2、Risk Assessment and Hazard Control: Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and environmental impact evaluations, Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks; Manage chemical safety, including MSDS updates, storage compliance, and waste reduction initiatives. 3、Training and EHS Culture Development: Design and deliver EHS training programs to enhance employee awareness and competency; Promote EHS initiatives such as safety day, earth day to strengthen engagement. 4、External Engagement: Communicate with government agencies to stay updated on regulatory changes and submit required documentation; Collaborate with departments to integrate EHS into operations, including new project reviews. 5、Continuous Improvement and Sustainability: Drive EHS performance through data analysis, KPIs, and annual action plans. Propose innovations to reduce environmental footprint; Manage EHS budgets and optimize resource allocation for initiatives. 6、Complete other assignments as department head required.
Key Competencies: 1、Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 2、Minimum 3 years’ experience required in Auto Manufacturing Engineering. 3、Analytical and problem-solving mind. 4、Basic written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. 5、Computer skills required in Windows tools (Excel, Power Point, Word). 6、Ability to work in a team environment. Works under limited supervision.
