岗位职责Job Responsibilities 1、监控市场趋势和客户行为; Monitor the market trends and customer behaviours. 2、选择产品类型/材质以供客户进行市场定位参考; Select the types of products/textures to the customers for the market and the positioning of reference. 3、除新配方外,应跟踪现有配方,根据销售报告,保持和提高这些项目的销售业绩; Except the new formula, should follow up the existing formula, according to the sales report, maintain and enhance the sales performance on these items. 4、在包材部的帮助下,为包装、特效、工艺、紧凑性等提供解决方案; Proposing solutions with the help of Packaging Dept. for packaging, special effects, process, compactness, etc. 5、在客户来访或贸易展览和活动时,在产品创意的帮助下,为客户量身定制演示文稿; Produce presentations customized to the client, with the help of product creativity, on the occasion of visits of customers or trade shows and events. 6、与研发实验室合作,任何质地的变化,加上稳定性、兼容性、工艺等补充证据,以便于帮助实现配方的自主化; In collaboration with research laboratories, any changes in texture with supplemental evidence of stability, compatibility, industrialization and so contribute to the liberalization of the formula. 7、根据销售报告进行数据分析用以监控新配方的开发计划; Perform data analysis according to sales report to monitor new formulation development plan. 8. 上级交办的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
任职要求Qualifications:: 1、本科及以上学历; Bachelors degree or above. 2、5年以上相关工作经验; At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles. 3、有市场营销或化妆品行业经验; Experience in marketing or cosmetics. 4、多国语言能力。 Multi-national language skills.
