Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Setup and qualify tester, tooling and fixtures to meet NPI launch schedule;
2. Support software/hardware design engineers to debug and setup new test program, test fixtures and tooling to meet production requirements.
3. Initiate product or tester qualification procedure, completed qualification per schedule.
4. Maintains prints, engineering specifications, Bill of materials, routings, operational standards, and work instructions in Test Area.
5. Assists in the design, prototyping, and qualification of new test and production systems.
6. Analyzes Silicon Microphone problems, product rejects and coordinates the implementation of the solutions to production problems; publishing engineering and reject analysis reports.
7. Initiates/implements yield improvement and cost reduction ideas; issue appropriate specifications and coordinates special feasibility projects.
8. Occasional travel is required to our subcontract manufacturers both locally and overseas.

Job Specifications
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
2. Requires a self-motivated individual that has the ability to manage complex projects and processes.
3. Basic 6-Sigma concept, be able to use data analysis tools like MiniTab.
4. Personal computer skills are required.
5. Proficient/Fluent in English, Mandarin languages required (CET6).
