What you will be doing: 1.Update customer records in the company database as required 2.Input invoice and bill-back data 3.Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to manager 4.Use data to investigate the logistical history to resolve order and inventory problems 5.Research promotion details, regular, and special prices to resolve pricing discrepancies 6.Offer product, promotion, and pricing information by exploring customer requests 7.Offer sales projections by creating and sending sales tracking reports 8.Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates 9.Monitor sales expenses by analyzing, tracking, and summarizing expenses 10.Report any inventory or service issues to management and the sales manager immediately
