Tasks: 1. Developing commercial strategic plans for automotive products and identity opportunities for Hutchinson products in automotive expertise: in chassis, powertrain, cockpit and battery, targeting application: NVH solutions, sealing performance, fluid transfer, body sealing and all related material expertise. 2. Be aware of automotive technical trends and this summarization and related key news from key customers. 3. Effectively coordinate across different activities and operations teams and support at all levels of management to fulfil customers’ needs. 4. Building close relationships with customers and being able to assist customers in problem solving to deliver solutions. 5. PoC initiation towards customer pain-point and being able to be the window between Hutchinson internal and customer different teams (RD, Engineering, Quality and others) to ensure delivery solutions. 6. Requirements: 1. Degree in Engineering is preferred. Broad knowledge of automotive markets. 2. > 5 years of experience in automotive products, working in OEM engineering team will be a plus. 3. Able to perform the task independently and ability to interact and influence majority levels of organization. 5. Proven track record in developing comprehensive relationships with customers and close business deals. 6. Demonstrate ability to be strategic in planning for current needs and anticipating future directions. 8. Thinking skills in translating customer needs into opportunity for value creation. 9. Demonstrate analytical, verbal and written communication skills. 10. Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills. 11. Reliable, enthusiastic, creative and autonomous.
