工作内容：1. Design definition files for commercial vehicle air conditioner, such as product 3D&2D drawing、product material
list、Spare parts list etc.
商用车空调的设计文件定义，例如产品3D和2D图纸、产品物料清单、备件清单等。
2. Deeply participate in the technical design of non-standard orders and product design and development
projects，Present product definition status at Design Review and Project Validation Committee.
深入参与非标订单和产品开发项目的技术设计工作，向项目组汇报产品设计、验证状态。
3. Definition of technical requirements such as material properties, key dimensions, tolerance requirements,
welding requirements, assembly requirements, etc. in the drawings,
定义图纸中例如材料属性、关键尺寸、公差要求、焊接要求、装配要求等技术要求。
4. Share technical topics with workshops and suppliers. Solve technical problems in the manufacturing process of
parts and products
与车间和供应商共享技术信息，解决零件和产品制造过程中的技术问题。
5. Develop innovative and reliable solutions that fulfill specifications. Participate in the Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
开发符合规范的创新可靠解决方案。参与设计失效模式与影响分析 (DFMEA)。
6. Manage Product definition files into the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) database.
将产品定义文件输入到PLM（产品生命周期管理）数据库中。
7. Complete other work-related tasks assigned by the leader
完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical design and automation, vehicle engineering, HVAC engineering and other related.
本科及以上学历，机械设计与自动化、车辆工程、暖通工程等相关专业。
2. Familiar with related mechanical design tools and software, such as Solid Edge, Pro-E, CATIA, Solid Works, AutoCAD, etc. Proficient in CATIA is preferred.
熟练运用相关机械设计工具，如Solid Edge, Pro-E, CATIA, Solid Works, AutoCAD 等，精通CATIA制图软件者优先。
3. Experience in using ERP system such as SAP、and Experience in using PLM system.
有企业资源管理软件ERP、SAP等应用经验，有产品生命周期管理软件应用经验。
4. At least 3 years of design experience in the Air conditioning equipment or auto industry, Priority for having experience with independent design of function module or complete equipment.
3年以上空调设备或汽车行业设计经验，有独立设计功能模块或整机经验者优先。
5. Independently design the refrigeration system, pipeline route, and sheet metal frame of the automobile air conditioner, complete the drawing design of the product and parts, prepare the material parts list, and compile relevant technical documents.
独立设计汽车空调的制冷系统、管线走向、钣金框架，完成产品、零件的图纸设计，物料零件清单的编制，并编写相关的技术文件。
6. Understand the ISO product development process；Responsible for the development and design of new project products, prototype trial production process tracking, problem recording and design improvement. Follow up on product design verification.
了解ISO产品开发流程；负责新项目产品的开发设计，样机试制过程跟踪，问题记录和设计改进。跟进产品的设计验证。
7. English communication skills are preferred, with at le ast the ability to read and write English emails and simple communication skills.
具备英语沟通能力者优先，至少具备英文邮件读写和简单的口头沟通能力。
8. Outgoing and enthusiastic, good sense of teamwork.
