Job description
1.Be responsible for assess supplier quality management system as an input for new supplier qualification;
2.Plan and conduct existing supplier visit / audit based on standard ISO9001/ IATF16949 /VDA6.3;
3. Plan and develop supplier quality management system according to tesa business needs;
4.Take care of supplier performance monitor via scorecard or other tools and push supplier for continuous improvement;
5.Be responsible for raw material quality issue handling, follow up and evaluate effectiveness of actions;
6.Lead SD project to improve raw material quality issue / concern;
7.Act as contact window between plant and supplier for preparation of raw material specification;
8.Plan and conduct quality related training for suppliers if necessary;

Job Requirement
1.Min 5 years with quality experience in manufacturing, supplier management /development. Experience in quality management system in automotive field;
2.Be familiar with quality 5 key tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA);
3.Internal auditor per IATF 16949
4.Familiar with 8D Disciplines, troubleshooting concept
5.Fluent in both written and oral English;
