Responsibilities:
1. Undertake concept designs, detailed designs of products according to design procedure.
根据设计要求进行产品的概念设计、设计细节优化。
2. Create and update BOM, 2D drawings, 3D models DVP, SC/CC DFMEA.
创建和更新BOM、2D图纸、3D模型DVP、SC/CC DFMEA。
3. Organize design review with cross functional department.
组织跨职能部门的设计审查。
4. Project management: managing the cost and time constraints of projects-related design tasks. Work closely with PM to ensure project launch on time.
项目管理：管理项目相关设计任务的成本和时间限制。与项目经理密切合作，确保项目按时启动。
5. For all product development stage, including global-transferred projects and returns, repair or diagnose mechanical design.
在产品开发阶段，包括全球转移项目以及退货，提供维修或诊断机械设计。
6. Lead ECR change related to ME design
主导机械设计相关ECR变更
7. Support SQE team for technical issues from supplier (DFM) for piece part localization before tooling kick off and dimension review for FOT and concession confirmation.
协助SQE团队回答供应商零件本地化开模前产生的技术问题，以及让步接受所涉及到的尺寸检讨。
8. Other responsibilities assigned by department manager.
部门主管分配的其他事项。


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with major in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering and mechanical electronics.
本科及以上，机械工程、车辆工程、机械电子专业。
2. 5years’ design experience of plastic and stamping. Automotive industry is preferred.
5年的塑胶和冲压件设计经验. 汽车行业经验优先。
3. Familiar with design software.
熟悉机械设计软件。
4. Written and oral English ability.
英语书面和口语能力。
5. Tolerance stack analysis and knowledge of DFMEA is preferred. Familiar with material selection, especially plastic raw material
