As a Electrical Engineer, you’ll be participating charger projects at SBD Suzhou, and working with the suppliers engineering team too. Responsibilities including qualifying Charger assemble process/tester at the supplier manufacture line, technical support/assessment, and develop Charger hardware circuit for Lithium Battery pack. May have opportunities to participate in plant productivity projects too.
Position Responsibilities:
In Charge of the Charger products supplier transfer, providing Strong technical support and project management to the whole transfer process. Participate the New Charger manufacture line setup, and the ATS tester development in the new supplier. Handle charger prototype sample bench test and trouble shooting. Technical support Reliability tests and compliance tests, timely addressing occurred technical issues, offering the practical solution. Develop the Charger hardware circuits for Lithium Battery pack, qualify, and review the battery charger system design. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Autoimmunization. 2+ years electronic product development experience. Switching power supply product develop experiences is plus. Experiences with electronic manufacturing process and assembly is plus. Good hand working ability, excellent communication skill and a good level of English reading and writing capabilities. Experience, preferably in charger/power supply design/development/manufacturing. Product development experience. Conduct project design to mass production related work. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent project management skills including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on a “hands on” approach. Strong computer skills Strong and persistent drive to deliver positive results. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline required. At least two years of experience in product development, engineering, electrical/electronic design, or other related field.
