Major Responsibilities: 80 Data Analytics Support o Utilize tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to process market/sales data, enabling data-backed decision-making for leadership. o Develop analytical models to forecast trends and guide product strategy/marketing initiatives. 80 Market Trend Analysis o Support supervisor to conduct deep dives into global and local automotive steering systems market trends; deliver periodic analytical reports identifying growth opportunities and risk factors. o Monitor competitor activities, build competitive intelligence databases, and provide data-driven recommendations for product strategy adjustments. 80 Customer Requirement Alignment o Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, accurately translating requirements and contributing to solution discussions. o Proactively gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and elevate satisfaction. 80 Internal Process Optimization o Support to streamline order processing, contract management, and delivery workflows to enhance cross-functional efficiency and reduce operational friction. o Establish and optimize competitor data analysis procedures to enable effective product competitiveness strategy formulation.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification: 80 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. 80 Analytical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software; possesses foundational statistics knowledge; capable of independently completing data analysis reports (e.g., market share, trend forecasting). 80 Project Management: Understanding of PM methodologies; strong time management and coordination capabilities. 80 Communication: Demonstrates approachability, clear logical reasoning, and excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders, Excellent bilingual (English/Chinese) communication skills for articulating technical solutions and commercial terms.
