General Purpose of this position: Responsible for engineering analysis for product and process development and improvement through computer simulation tools.
Reports to: CAE Team Leader

Responsibilities:
61 Provide high-quality CAE support & develop the solution to the product and manufacturing engineers to verify and improve product designs appropriately;
61 Make professional analysis report to internal engineers or external customers to interpret simulation results clearly;
61 Cooperate with test engineers to validate and improve the simulation accuracy;
61 Develop easy-to-use analysis tools for product engineers to accelerate concept design;
61 Leverage the global team CAE capabilities by developing advanced analytical approach on some specific research fields through teamwork;
61 Develop engineering analysis capabilities in region and standardize workflow to improve work efficiency.
61 Contribute in innovation.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
61 Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Science - Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics, Fluid Machinery or related disciplines;
61 Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach;
61 Skillful in using commercial software among Ansys, LS-DYNA, Flow Simulation, Simufact etc;
61 Experienced in structural or fluid simulation;
61 Knowledge of mechanical design and design of experiments;
61 Familiar with at least one 3D modeling tool, SpaceClaim is preferred;
61 Familiar with connector products is a plus;
61 Sound technical writing and presentation skills;
61 Self motivated and accountable;
61 Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
61 Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
