Responsibilities:
1. Lead SQE team to ensure supplier quality management and continuous improvement.

2. Evaluate and track monthly supplier performance.

3. On-site assessment and audit for both current and new suppliers.
对现有供应商和新供应商进行现场评估和稽核。
4. Handle supplier quality issues and assist suppliers on technical and process improvement.
处理供应商质量问题；协助供应商作技术及流程改善。
5. On-site quality control, especially for new projects produced in plastic and metal parts supplier side.
现场质量控制，特别是在塑料和钣金零件供应商方面的新项目。
6. Review and approve supplier PPAP.
审批并批准供应商PPAP。
7. Arrange incoming inspection work, such as making/update incoming inspection instructions.
安排进货检验工作，例如制定/更新进货检验说明。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in electronic/mechanical/Engineering.
本科学历，电子/机械/工程专业。
2. More than 5 years' experiences of supplier quality control in manufacturing; Familiar with plastic, metal and electronics parts.
5年以上制造业供应商质量管控经验，熟悉塑料件，钣金件或者电子件等。
3. Know about VAD6.3 requirement and audit, including how to plan, conduct, prepare audit reports, and close out audit findings.
熟悉VAD6.3要求和审计，包括如何计划、执行、编制审计报告和结束审计结果。
4. Familiar with IATF16949 and 5tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA) .
熟悉IATF16949及5大工具。
5. Strong quality problem-solving skills, communication skills and team spirit.
较强的质量问题解决能力，沟通能力和团队协作精神。
6. Basic oral and written English.
基本的英文书面和口语能力。
