Position Summary：
Responsible to monitor the flows of buy items, guarantee availability of components in order to avoid material shortages and production downtime, as well as to manage inventory levels to meet our customer service and inventory targets.

1. Receive and analyze requisitions to determine quantity, specifications and delivery requirements.
接受并分析需求决定购买数量，类型和发货要求
2. Ensure up-to-date ABC classification is maintained for planning, and other key inputs into the PFEP process.
确保维护最新的ABC分类和PFEP流程中其他重要的输入
3. Ensure optimal inventory levels and safety stock are maintained for their parts.
保证优化库存水平和安全库存
4. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues with suppliers.
与质量部门合作解决供应商质量问题
5. Maintain proactive shortage identification and management - help flag root causes & corrective actions.

6. Identify total cost and cash flow opportunities with suppliers.

7. Expedite deliveries to meet and exceed scheduled critical requirements.

8. Maintain material plan at the time fence to ensure continuity of supply.
维护物料计划，确保供应的连续性
9. Coordinate with production planners for solutions when parts cannot be delivered as promised.
当原材料不能如期送达，与生产计划协作解决方案
10. Maintain and continuously evaluate supplier performance and escalate to Procurement when issues occur.
维护和持续评估供应商的表现，当问题产生时向采购部门反馈以求解决
11. Ensure resolution of invoicing discrepancies with suppliers and accounting.
确保与供应商和财务一起解决发票差异
12. Manage internal and SOMI/VMI material to meet schedules.
管理内部和SOMI/VMI 物料满足计划
13. Communicate forecasts and replenishment plans to supplier.
与供应商沟通预测及补货计划
14. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求：
1. BA/BS degree or 3+ years’ minimum planner/buyer manufacturing experience.
大学本科学历或者至少3年以上外企工厂计划/采购经验
2. APICS (CPIM) certification preferred.
APICS(CPIM)资格认证者优先
3. Considerable knowledge of industry related supply base. Knowledgeable of supplier processes and capabilities.
具有机械相关行业供应链知识，熟悉供应商的流程及产能。
4. Computer proficient with ERP (Prefer Oracle). Experience with rate based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments. Experience with visual management systems.
