QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT任职资格要求 -Minimum college diploma from an accredited university with major in manufacturing mechanical/chemical engineering/business administration is preferred. 正规大学专科及以上学历,机械制造、化学工程和工商管理相关专业佳。 -Has knowledge in gasket / sealing products alternatively in valves and pumps, minimum two years experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Engineer of similar responsibility in a field based in sales role. 熟悉垫片与密封产品或者泵阀相关知识,至少两年以上销售代表或类似岗位的销售工作经验。 -Strong initiative to solve problems and negotiation, ability to deal with the customers’ complaint with tact in order to maintain a continuously harmonious relationship. 较强的主动解决问题能力和谈判能力, 能够灵活处理客户报怨,与之保持持续协调的业务往来关系。 -Must have experience of working successfully to set targets, gaining access to key decision maker, making sales presentation. 具有目标设定的成功经验,擅于与业务合作的关键人物建立关系与制作销售简报。 -Knowledge of how Flexitallic’s products work would be a distinct advantage, an appropriate sales qualification would be an advantage. 熟悉密封工艺,了解Flexitallic产品应用以及具备相关的销售背景佳。 -Some knowledge of how to sell technical / engineering solutions or an engineering background would also be advantageous. 了解销售技巧、工程技术解决方案背景佳。 -High responsibility sense and strong communication skills. 具有强烈的工作责任心与极强的沟通协调能力。 -Require some necessarily domestic travel, but very limited foreign travel. Home office based in Ningbo. 能够应工作需要进行国内出差(较少国外出差),宁波地区居家办公。 -Prefer fluent in both written and oral Chinese and English. 具备良好的中英文说、写能力。 -Excellent computing skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 电脑操作熟练,精通办公软件的实际应用(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)。 -Initiative and Innovative capability. 具备主动性和创新能力。 -Good commercial and personal ethic as required by Flexitallic. 具备Flexitallic要求的良好商业道德和职业操守。 -Good understanding and abiding by work related laws and regulations. 了解并遵守工作相关的法律、法规及规章。 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING工作职责包括但不限于如下所列 -Visit the customers, mainly to obtain information, provide advice and help solve problems. 拜访客户,获取主要信息,提供有效建议并协助客户解决问题。 -Identify and establish distribution. 识别、评估并建立经销渠道。 -Gain product approvals with major end-users. 取得主要终端客户对公司产品的认可。 -Provide excellent customer service for distributors and end-users within the defined territory. 为所负责区域内的经销商和终端客户提供优质的服务。 -Promote new and innovative sealing solutions to customers. 向客户提供全新的、创造性的密封产品方案。 -Offer specific solutions for specific customer’s problems and ensure that the correct products are offered. 为有特殊需求的客户提供特殊的解决方案,确保产品量身定制并符合客户要求。 -Provide training of a number of different products to our key Distributors/end users. 为关键经销商和终端客户提供各类产品培训。 -Attend joint sales visits with Flexitallic’s key distributors to end-user customers. 与关键经销商联合组织对终端客户的业务拜访。 -Execute the rules in accordance with QHSE procedures. 按照公司规定的QHSE程序要求执行。 -Be familiar with the environmental factors and occupational hazard risks, and be able to plan, implement prevention and control measures. 熟悉本岗位的环境因素和职业危害风险,并能够策划、实施预防控制措施。 -Implement continuous improvement activities to enhance Department function. 实施持续改善活动以加强部门职能。 -Keep accountable for work related behaviors, actions, results and ensure them to be aligned with Flexitallic ethical standards and legal requirements. 坚持并推动工作相关行为、活动以及结果使其符合法律规定与Flexitallic道德要求。 -Perform any other reasonable or related work assignments from the supervisor or manager. 执行公司领导布置的其他合理或相关的工作任务。
