岗位职责：
1. Designing new refrigeration systems or modifying existing ones based on client needs and available technology.
基于客户需求和现有技术设计新的制冷系统或调整现有产品的配置；
2. Monitoring and analyzing testing project, identifying and implementing potential opportunities to improve product temperature and energy consumption performance.
跟踪和分析测试项目，识别和执行潜在的机会以提高产品的温度和能耗性能；
3.Developing new refrigeration technology or improving existing technology to increase efficiency or improve performance of the products.
开发新的制冷技术或提高现有制冷技术以提高产品效率和性能；
4. Conducting and researching on new components and new technology that may be used in new product design.
导入和研究可能应用于新产品设计的新零件和新技术；
5. Lead refrigeration components localization and volume engineering projects.
主导制冷系统零部件的本地化和价值工程项目；
6. Lead reliability analysis and testing in refrigeration system and component level.
主导系统和零部件级别的可靠性分析与测试。

Qualifications:
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree above, master degree is preferred, major in Refrigeration engineering.
本科以上学历，硕士优先，制冷相关专业；
2.Above 5 years’ experience in refrigeration product development, refrigeration display case products is preferred.
5年以上制冷产品开发经验，有商超冷柜开发经验优先；
3.Solid refrigeration and refrigeration component knowledge, and refrigeration application knowledge.
丰富制冷以及零部件知识及制冷应用知识；
4.Familiar with FEA and CFD tools and knowledge, 3D modeling background is preferred.
熟悉结构有限元计算和流场计算工具和相关知识，有3D建模经验优先；
5.Strong R&D engineering skills with a high degree of technical competence and ability to develop solutions. 较强的工程研发能力和较高的技术能力，能够独立制定相关问题的解决方案；
6.Independent mind, team-player, detailed, careful, honest and professional.
独立思考，有团队精神，关注细节，细致，诚实，职业化和专业化；
7.Have good oral and written English communication skills. Good at Office software.
具有良好的英语沟通能力。擅长使用办公软件的使用。
