RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prospect customers, make sales call and visit, help in quotation draft, negotiate and close sales with customers in thermoforming packaging equipment related business for cups, trays and lids Industry. 2. Understand the customer specification and needs, translate them into English for better understanding and communication between China or Europe company and customers. Liaise with customers/market and give timely feedback to the management. 3. Assist in formulating business and sales strategy in the north of China and take responsibility for its implementation and control. 4. Achieve yearly sales target 5. Build up pervasive relationship not only with the key decision makers but also through all levels of the organization. 6. Collect market intelligence in the region 7. Assist or lead related marketing campaigns 8. Assist or lead new business development initiatives 9. Lead to ensure a good customer satisfaction level REQUIREMENTS: 1. A good knowledge of plastic process machinery and the background of thermoforming or injection molding in the food and drinks packaging industry would be a plus. 2. Must have good sales experience of at least >3 years in B2B equipment 3. Good command of oral and written English 4. Willing to travel frequently in China and also Europe if necessary 5. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative and self-disciplined 6. Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and good at communication 7. Bachelor or Master Diploma from famous university or college
