1. Skilled in reading and understanding mechanical assembly drawings 熟练阅读机械装配图纸，了解图纸中各种常用注解释义

2. Choose right assembly tools and arrange right assembly processes according to the drawings 根据装配图纸要求正确选择装配工具，合理安排装配工艺

3.Assembling each station reasonably, accurately and independently and make self-inspection according to the assembly processes and project requirements 根据装配工艺和项目需要，合理准确地独立装配各个工位,并对此工位进行自检

4. Station debug indepentdetly according to drawings requirement, find and analyze the problem and fill in OPL 根据图纸要求调试工装制作，查找和分析问题，填写问题清单

5. Communicate with project manager, design engineer or purchasing and other related departments, consult solving solutions in accordance with the problems found during the assembly 根据装配中发现的问题，及时与项目经理、设计工程师或采购等相关部门沟通，积极协商解决方案

6. Comply with company equipment safety operation regulations, use and maintain assembly tools reasonably 遵守公司设备安全操作规程，合理使用和维护装配工具

7. Support FT, packaging of the project as required, machine installation in customer site and ST 根据需要支持项目的预验收，包装出货，客户现场装机及终验收事宜

8. Comply with company warehouse regulations 配合仓库的流程规定协助出入库及整理等工作

9. Make 5S according to company and department requirements 根据公司要求及部门要求进行本岗位的5S工作

10. Take the service support after sales as project required to ensure customer satisfaction 根据需要进行项目的售后支持,保证客户满意度

11. Support project manager's work arrangement 配合项目经理的工作安排

12. Other work assigned by team leader 团队负责人安排的其它工作



任职要求: Requirement

1.Technical school or above, major in mechanical or related 中专及以上学历，机械相关专业

2. At least three years experience in mechanical assembly of non - standard automation industry 至少三年以上非标自动化行业机械装配经验

3. Ability to assemble and debug independently of automation equipment 具备对自动化设备独立装配与调试的能力

4. Have strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and pneumatic drawings 具备较强机械装配图纸和气路图纸的识图能力

5. Skilled use of drilling machine, milling machine, sawing machine, lathes and other machining equipment 熟练运用钻床，铣床，锯床，车床等机加工设备

6. Master the use of various basic measurement tools 掌握各类基本测量工具的使用方法

7. Able to work individually, self-motivate, careful work 能独立工作，上进心强，做事细心

8. Strong study and analysis ability, be willing to widen skills and knowledge 较强的学习和分析能力，乐于提升技能和知识

9. Good team work spirit and service consciousness 良好的团队合作精神和服务意识

10. Be willing to travel in China and oversea 愿意国内外出差

11. With good English is preferred 英语水平良好者尤佳
