Responsibilities: 1. Overall project quality management for NPI / mass production / customer sustaining 2. Quality system maintenance for customer – customer audit / product certification / customer special requirement 3. Product safe launch ( NPI ) management – PPAP/ APQP / MSA / SPC / FMEA 4. Coordinate internal team for problem solving / drive to target / close loop follow up / CAPA system 5. Project & customer KPI maintenance – FPY / DPPM 6. Customer complain / 8D / quality risk analysis and mitigation 7. Overall coordinator of specify QE team 8. Escalation / early alarm for critical quality issue or potential quality risk at customer side & internal process Position Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Electronics or Engineering; 2. Above 5 years' QE working experience in EMS or electrical manufacturing industry with SMT experiences 3. Good knowledge of ISO 9000/ISO13485/TS16949, SPC, FMEA and Quality Improvement Techniques; 4. Internal auditor certification; 5. Bilingual and able to communicate with all levels people; 6. Be proactive, good communication and accountability.
