任职要求Request:
1.本科以上学历,汽车，机械或高分子专业。
Bachelor degree in Auto,mechanical or polymeric material.
2. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus. (CATIA, UG or Autocad is prefered)
熟悉CAD/CAM软件，熟悉CATIA和UG软件的优先考虑
3. Engine Mount Knowledge (Localisation or Development) is prefered, NVH Knowledge is prefered
熟悉发动机悬置（位置和研发）的优先考虑, 熟悉减震的优先考虑
4.英语流利。能独立与欧美客户交流。
Fluent English.Capacity to to communicate with Europe/US.



职位职责Responsibility:
1. Lead the design of multiple AVSi-vibration products based on customer, internal design standards and benchmark information
能够基于客户输入或者内部对标数据库进行产品(主要是汽车多重减震器）设计
2. Support cross functional team APQP process, including creation and maintenance of quality documents such as DFMEA and Design Review
支持跨功能小组完成APQP的工作，包括协助项目小组起草并维护DFMEA及技术评审等前期质量策划工作
3. Develop products to meet requirements (both internal and external); include sample making, testing and fine tuning
开发能够满足内外部需求的产品，包括完成各项产品制作、测试及性能调试的产品开发工作
4. Lead part design verification test (DV) & product verification tests (PV), provide reports per customer requirement
领导DV及PV试验并提供每个客户需要的试验报告
5. Support customers' phase build activities on-site when necessary
必要时根据客户要求现场支持阶段性样件生产
6. Support technical communication, both internal and external (customers, suppliers, etc)
支持对内外部客户及供应商的技术交流
