1.Responsible for satisfying the technical support of NORD’s customer and employees.
负责给诺德客户及诺德员工提供满意的技术支持。
2.Assist sales in offering the best product selection and solution for customer
协助销售给客户提供诺德的产品选型和解决方案
Including complex selection, key selection, project selection and calculation.
包括复杂的产品选型，关键的选型、项目选型及计算选型。
3.Responsible for offering or checking relevant technical files of products in sales.
负责提供或校对产品出售过程中需求的相关技术文件。
Including technical agreement checking, special outline drawing and solution drawings.
包括：技术协议审核、特殊外形图纸、方案图纸。
4.technical exchange and training (NORD’s customer and employees)
技术交流与培训 (诺德客户和员工)
5.Answer the technical questions from NORD’s customer and employees via mail and call
以邮件和电话的方式给诺德客户和员工提供技术解答。
6.Nonstandard parts evaluation, offer the reference of quotation and lead time.
特殊零部件的供货评估、提供其报价和货期参考。
7.Other job from department
完成部门分配的其它工作


Qualifications and Requirements 资质和要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical engineering or related.机械专业本科及以上学历；
2.At least 3 years working experience in mechanical industry or 1 year working experience in transmission industry.
至少3年机械行业相关工作经验，或传动领域1年以上工作经验；有大型制造/机械/工程公司工作经验和外企工作经验的优先考虑；
3.Knowledge of gear motor or motor preferred.
了解减速机和电机的优先考虑；
4.Basic ability in English listening, speaking, reading & writing (Important).
基本的英语听说读写能力；
5.Familiar with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, Auto CAD, know Inverter or other 3D software.
熟练应用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point , Auto CAD等软件, 了解 Inverter 3D或其它3D画图软件；
6.Good communication and cooperation skills, good service spirit and team work.
良好的沟通与合作技巧，有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神；
7.Can travel frequently and work under pressure.
能够适应频繁出差和在压力下工作。
