职位描述: 1. Responsible for customers/prospects research and cold-calling within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales manager; 根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户或潜在客户,进行电话营销、处理客户的疑问和要求; 2. Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody; 负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系; 3. Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales manager; 实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标; 4. Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable; 确保应收款项的收取。 5. Undertake Customer Service tasks and responsibilities; 履行客户服务的任务和职责; 6. Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures. 根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况; 7. Undertake any other duties assigned by Sales manager. 履行销售经理分配的其他任务;
职位要求: 1. Customer service/sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is preferred (candidate without experience in product certification and/or system certification but with ample customer service/ sales/marketing and account management experience will also be considered); 具有产品认证或系统认证方面的客服/销售经验优先考虑,若没有相关行业经验,但具有丰富的客服/销售/营销和客户管理经验者,亦可作考虑; 2. Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage; 在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑; 3. College level or above.; 大专或以上学历; 4. Good in Mandarin and English; 良好的普通话及英语表达; 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with potential to develop sales skills; 具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,具有发展销售技巧的潜能; 6.
