1. Lead new project quality planning activities as NPI/ECO phase. Ensure customer requirements are well understood and transferred to internal standard (finished goods and material requirement). 2. Setup project related quality goals and criteria make sure related documents are proper and sufficient for manufacturing 3. Take in charge of project quality control in manufacturing processes, monitor project quality performance, led project quality review meeting, and identify opportunity for continual improvement 4. Interface with customer as necessary on quality related issues. Coordinate on the customer visit & audit. 5. Visit supplier together with SQE and project team in term of project related new material qualification, ensure supplier understand project related quality requirements. 6. Internal quality issues handling, including material, WIP and finished goods. 7. Conduct training to employees; ensure employees are qualified for project related activities.
