•  The tool is Labview. 
• - Design the Equipment to validate the functionality of the product, following the corresponding standards, and assuring the best cost, achieving the project milestones and guaranteeing the product quality.

-   Develop the process design, following FICOSA standards. 

 -   Design the Equipment following the right standards.Introduction in production plant and follow the KPI’s related to equipment to achieve the targets. 

 -   To be involved in the 8D defects analysis implementing the corrective actions needed from Test Equipment -   To improve the productivity by balancing the testing equipments and testing sequence/SW 

 -   To introduce new technologies related to product testing 

 -   To analyze the testing strategy to optimize the maximum coverage in terms of components and functionalities of the product 

 -   Solve problems in the assembly/equipment lines installation and adjustment in the plant. 

 -   Assure the accomplishment of cost and productivity of his assembly/equipment lines. 

 -   Assure the performance of the equipment in terms of productivity (NFF’s, cycle time, FPY, …) 

 -   Ensure that the lessons learned in previous designs, products or processes are applied in the new design. 

 -   Give technical support to the industrialization plant/jigs maintenance team and solve process/equipment issues. 

 -   Update, register and inform new lessons learned in the new design. 

 -   Validate the Equipment Design and Performance achieving required indicators (Cp, Cpk, FPY, NFF) -   Define the HW and SW Architecture of the Test Equipment 

 -   Assure all requirements defined in Verification Guide, Plant Standards, are properly implemented. 

 -   Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment.  

 -   Designing new assembly lines Labview/PLC/HMI programming. 

 -   Industrial Camera and application and programming and Scada applications, Robotic and RFID applications is an asset.

-   Preparing new line electric control panel, electronic BOM List ,Sensor assembly and wiring, PLC communication and cable mounting,  

 -   To give technical support to Process Engineer 

 -   Work with the Process CAD Designer and Mechanical technician to build up new assembly lines on time. 

 -   Preparing the Labview/PLC programming independent, assembly line debugging and Try run and Solve the OIL of electronic. 

 -   Knowledge on Emobility, ADAS CAMERA  , relevant experience is performed
