To support the presales activities incl. but not limited to product technical selection, bidding documents, customers’ visit reception - Analyze the cost based on the project’s demands - Provide a professional quotation through the system based on company’s policies and strategic actions - Execute the contracts through SAP system and manage the orders status through Visual Daily Management System - Ensure the confirmed delivery performance - Conduct the customers inspection on factory and goods based on projects’ request - Complete the monthly report on order intake and shipment including forecasting, actual and regional sales analysis
Job Requirement: - A completed degree, preferably in foreign trade, engineering, or industrial engineering with bachelor’s degree preferred - More than 3 years professional experience in quote and order management - Ability to work effectively with each function department in an organization; - Strong in Pressure Managment & Project Management
